Summer so far has been great! We have kept busy, but have had some lazy days as well. In no particular order:
We went to the Great Wolf Lodge with our friends on July 3. Another fun time at this water park. Isaac had grown since we had gone in January and was now able to do every ride. Saraya was not yet able to the big slides, but she loved the wave pool and kiddie area.
We left the Great Wolf on July 4 and came home to a fun block party in the neighborhood. We found a new park in Ashford which had a fun big toy. We had a picnic and went for a small hike.
Isaac did a basketball camp at Rogers High School for kids going into 1st grade up to 5th. He loved it. On the last day they gave out 3 awards for the whole camp. Isaac received the Mr. Hustle award. We are so proud of our little athlete!!
We did a hike with our friends. It took us an hour to get to the top. Lots of breaks on the steep trail.
Lunch time! The way down took us about 10 minutes. The kids wanted to run the whole way.
And one of my favorite sights every morning is this little wild-haired cutie coming down. The first day of break it was around 6am, but both kids have been sleeping in and today she came down at 7:30.
