Baby Saraya Autumn

Isaac's baby sister was born on November 21 at 3:05am. She was 8lbs, 1oz and 20 inches long. She is perfect!

Isaac, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit later that morning. Isaac was a little nervous coming into the hospital room, but was very curious about the baby. He was lucky to get to see her take her first bath! She hated every minute of it. She has some good, strong lungs on her.


Soon she was all clean and dry and ready for her big brother to hold her. Isaac did great and was very gentle.

Scott, Saraya and I stayed in the hospital that night and were able to come home on Thanksgiving morning. We walked into the house caring Saraya in her carseat and Isaac was all over her. He said "Oh, she's so cute!" Sararya had given Isaac a camera and he has been enjoying taking lots of pictures.


Isaac loves to hold Saraya and give her kisses. He is a great big brother!


Later at home we gave her another bath and she seemed to enjoy this one. Isaac wanted to take off his clothes and get in there with her, but there wasn't quite enough room.

Saraya is a great baby. So far she is sleeping and eating very well. Her longest awake time has been 2 hours and that wore her out!
This blog will now hold pictures of both Isaac and Saraya. We are looking forward to seeing the two kiddos grow together. We are very happy and feel very blessed with our two children!
