We spent New Year's at our neighbors' house. They have two little boys who Isaac and Saraya love playing with. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time together.

We did a little parade up and down the street, stopping at one neighbors house to personally wish them a Happy New Year! Funny, we were the only one out. Could have been that it was pouring, and only 9:30.
The next day we took Saraya for her first haircut. She really just needed a little all-over trim.Here she is getting ready. The Before Look.
Doing okay - pretty quiet about the whole ordeal. Nothing like Isaac's first haircut.

Feels so warm!!!!
The After Look. Not a huge change, but hopefully enough to make the morning comb-out less painful. The curls are cute, but they sure get tangled!

On a side note, our cat, Daisy, also had a hair cut - more of a shave, really. She had a mass removed from her back last week. It was quite costly to have it analyzed so we won't know for sure what it was, but the dr. thought it probably was just fluid. She is doing fine and recovering with her 11 stiches!!!
