Yes, a little delayed, but still, some good pics.
We were caught up in the 12th man fever this year - it was contagious. So exciting for all of us Northwest people!!
We had a few gatherings for the games leading up to the Super Bowl, but for the big day, we rented a bigger tv, and hooked our other one up in the kitchen so we had plenty of viewing options.
My friend Michelle made these adorable and festive cookies.
And we also had the cake!
It was a great game for us and so exciting when they won. There were fireworks going off all over town and people yelling out their doors. The day of the parade was crazy - many people caught the "blue flu" and called in sick. Many students were absent that day as well. It was a great experience.
Not too long after, we had some snow. The kids had a 2 hr delay so we spent some time outside playing in the dusting.
Two days later it snowed for real so we did some snow play before heading to church, then Scott took them sledding at the school later in the day. 6 days later we were in AZ for heat and sun!!
