Mother's Day Weekend

The Mother's Day festivities started with a visit to Isaac's preschool for the Mother's Day program. It was pretty cute because all the kids say "Mudder" instead of mother so it made the songs entertaining. Isaac had a part as a frog - he did a great hopping job.

I got a pretty flower and a picture which looks exactly like me - blue hair and all.

Here we are on our way to church.

In Sunday School, Isaac had to fill out a questionnaire about me. Some of my favorite answers: How old is your mom? "25" What is your mom's favorite food? "Chicken" What makes your mom smile? "When I am nice to sissy." What does your mom like to do? "She likes to cook dinner." The rest of Mother's Day was very relaxing thanks to long naps by both kids.

Isaac is such a lucky boy! Rachael look him garage saling and look what he found! A big Scooby Doo. He loves him and has been dragging him around all over. Thank you very much Rachael - you know what he likes!

Saraya had a doctor appt. today. She is 2'8" tall and weighs 20 lbs. Apparently Saraya has a problem we would all love to have - she needs to gain weight. She is only in the 5th percentile in this area (height is 66th percentile). We are supposed to give her more milk and cheese to try and beef her up. We will take her back in 6 weeks for another weigh-in.
Other than that little issue, she is perfectly healthy and quite gifted for her age (the doctor didn't necessarily say this, but you could tell she wanted to)
