Busy May for Isaac

Isaac has had an exciting month of May at school.  Great way to end the year!

Scott and I were both able to go to school last week and see him get an award for "Lifting the Weight." It had something to do with helping out in the classroom so that the work doesn't always fall on one person.  I am not sure he really knows what he did to get the award, but we are proud of him!!

 Earlier in the month the first grade classes went to Pt. Defiance Zoo.  I was able to go along and we lucked out on a beautiful day!!  Here is a small group with his teacher.  The orange shirts were great for helping us keep track of the busy kids!

It was a fun day and the kids did great!

Isaac also got to be the principal for a day (An auction item we won at the school auction night).  For one whole day he hung out in the office and did errands, attended meetings with the principal and had Little Ceasar's lunch with her and one friend.  He enjoyed his day very much.
